What we see on Honolulu roofs
Town side is a regular run for us. Angel names it with Hawaii Kai and Kailua, and the jobs are different from the Leeward side: older houses, older systems, and very often a second array added when the family grew. Twenty panels from years ago plus thirty new ones is a normal Honolulu roof.
The valleys, Manoa especially, are the wet side of town. What grows on the glass there is black mold, not red dirt, and it needs the rotating brush to come off. One customer's review says we worked through the Manoa rain to get it done.
Downtown, Waikiki and the industrial areas are commercial: flat roofs, parking structures, condo common roofs. That's the robot, the drone and a walkthrough first. The rooftop you see at the top of this page is a Honolulu job.
