Windows depend on the count and the screens. We look first, then quote. Solar panels are the exception: we clean thousands, we already know.

A 5-point inspection first: cracked or shattered panels, missing fasteners, wires hanging or disconnected, anything wrong. Then the before video, the clean, the after video. While we're up there we look at your gutters, windows and screens and tell you straight.

Your tap, filtered in the truck: sediment carbon filter, then RO, then DI. Pure water, so nothing spots when it dries. When the truck can't reach, we run filter sticks we call dry water.

Rotating, water-fed. 42-inch off a pressure washer for commercial, 36 and 22-inch electric for houses. The brush cleans and rinses in one pass. A window-cleaning brush just pushes dirt around.

Anything over 100 to 200 panels, and any square array a pole can't reach. It hooks to the water and runs 500 to 600 panels an hour.

On commercial jobs it flies before, during and after with thermal imaging. The report shows hot spots and micro-fractures panel by panel, for warranty claims.

We seal a cracked tile with clear RTV on the spot, photograph it, tell you, and come back with a matched tile. And the videos show what the roof looked like when we left.

The tech sends the job videos from the truck. If they haven't come in 30 to 60 minutes after the job should be done, we call. Most techs work a roof alone.
