We don't quote a building we haven't walked.
A lot of commercial calls start with "we've got 247 panels on a building." We can quote that, but the quote has to cover everything that goes into the day. So we walk it with you first.

A word to property managers
Cheapest quote, then the call back
Some buildings get three or four quotes and go with the cheapest guy, then find out it didn't work and call us. Roof-lease operators tend to clean only when production drops, then skip a year or two. We'd rather be the crew you book every year, like the farms do. Once a year, same people, and you can see the numbers in your monitoring the week after.

Ideally yes, and the walkthrough confirms where. When a site has neither, like a solar farm, we truck our own water in.
You notify them and they move. Dirty water comes down when a robot runs over the array. If a car stays, we still clean, but we're not liable for what lands on it, and we say that in writing up front.
We carry $2 million, residential and commercial. If your contract needs more, tell us the number: we add coverage for the job, send the certificate and licence, and drop back to our normal policy afterwards.
A thermal-imaging pass over every panel, before we start, during, and after we finish. The AI flags hot spots and micro-fractures by panel so you can take it to the manufacturer under warranty.
Per panel, and the rate goes down as the count goes up. A hundred panels is priced differently from two thousand. The quote follows the walkthrough.
