What every clean includes
Six things happen on every visit. None of them are extra.
5-point inspection
No cracked or shattered panels, no missing fasteners, no wires hanging or disconnected, nothing wrong with your system. You get a video of it.
The before video
The condition of your panels and what's on them: black mold, red dirt, or both. Soiling on the top edge or the bottom edge.
The clean
A rotating, water-fed brush on every panel. Forwards and backwards, the whole panel, with water pouring out of the brush the entire time.
The after video
Your panels clean, same angle as the before. That's the proof you keep.
A look at the rest of the roof
While we're up there we check your gutters, windows and screens and tell you straight if they need doing. And if they don't.

- We quote the job, not a rate off a list. Panel count, first clean or maintenance, roof type and access set the price. Angel gives you your number on the phone; we clean thousands of panels a year and usually don't need to come look first.
- Cheaper every year. The first clean takes the build-up off. After that it's maintenance, so the rate drops every year you clean with us.
- Automatic discount for police officers, first responders, military and kupuna. Tell us on the form or the call and it's on the quote.
- The number is the number. No haggling, no nickel and diming. Hot-water panels are free with a cleaning.

Questions we hear a lot
Straight answers
No. Water filtered in the truck, through a sediment carbon filter, then RO, then DI, so it dries with no residue spots. The rotating brush does the rest.
Window-cleaning brushes on solar panels just push dirt around, like a dirty mop on a floor. And a garden hose leaves the minerals behind. If someone pulls up with a brush from Home Depot and asks to borrow your ladder, there's a problem.
On Oahu it's usually black mold, red dirt, or an accumulation of both, and it builds along the top or bottom edge. We film it before we touch anything so you can see what came off.
Depends on the roof and the panel count. You'll know when we quote, and the check-in videos come to your phone from the truck when the job is done.
If a roof isn't safe to walk on, we record that and tell you to get it fixed first. Sometimes a mossy white latex roof needs a wash before anyone can go up. We'd rather tell you than crack a tile.
