Some roofs have to be washed before anyone can clean the panels on them. Moss on a white latex roof is slippery and it eats the roof. We look, we tell you, then we wash.

A white latex or rubber roof with moss on it can't be walked. You'll fall. And the moss is deteriorating the roof. It gets washed first, then the panels get cleaned.
Driveways, walls, walkways
Concrete and masonry, pressure-washed. Dirt, mold, red-dirt staining.
Pressure or soft wash
The surface decides. Roofing and painted surfaces get the gentler method.
We tell you if you don't need it
Not every roof needs a wash. If yours doesn't, that's what we say.
