One set price. It goes down from there.
- First clean: starting at $15 per panel. That's where we get all the build-up off.
- Every year after: less. Once we've cleaned them, we're just doing maintenance. Your rate drops every year you clean with us.
- Automatic discount for police officers, first responders, military and kupuna. Tell us on the form and it's on the quote.
- Hot-water panels: free. Nobody counts them when they say "I have 30 panels." We don't redo the quote, we just clean them.
We have a no-haggle price, because we're fair. What we don't do is nickel and dime our clients.

Bird proofing, gutters, windows and roof washing are quoted after a look. Bird proofing depends on severity, mesh size and roof type. Gutters go by the linear foot.

"Our 1st experience with Sunshine Solar Panel Cleaning was great. We’ll definitely use them again. We were able to schedule our cleaning within a few days of our call. The.owner, Angel, told us his grandson, Champ, would do the job. He arrived about 15 minutes early & texted to let us know he was outside. He got right to work setting everything up, explaining that he’d take pics of the panels before and again after he finished cleaning. We could see how dirty most of them were & the difference after cleeaning. It was amazing! The bonus was that we could see the significant increase in the Kilowatt output immediately.
