What solar panel cleaning costs on Oahu. Every roof is different, so we quote the job.
A maintenance clean on twenty panels we've done before and a first clean on seventy panels across a steep tile roof are not the same job, and we don't price them like they are. Here's what moves the number, and how to get yours in one phone call.

- The easy end: a maintenance clean. Panels we've cleaned before, on a roof we know. Less brush time per panel, and the rate keeps dropping every year you stay with us.
- A first clean costs more. Years of red dirt and black mold baked on, top edge and bottom edge. Every panel gets the rotating brush forwards and back until it's clean, and that takes longer.
- The hard jobs. Steep or fragile tile, a roof the truck can't get near, seventy panels across two systems. We tell you why the number is what it is, and we show you on video.
- Automatic discount for police officers, first responders, military and kupuna. Tell us on the form or the call and it's on the quote.
- Hot-water panels: free. Nobody counts them when they say "I have 30 panels." We don't redo the quote, we just clean them.

Bird proofing, gutters, windows and roof washing are quoted after a look. Bird proofing depends on severity, mesh size and roof type. Gutters go by the linear foot.
